Arrival Leh. Arrival Leh, SOTC representative will greet you and you will be transferred to Hotel in Leh. Rest of the day free to acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh. In the evening take a walk to the local bazaar in Leh. Overnight at Hotel in Leh.
Day-2
Sightseeing around Leh (90 Kms round trip) Morning after breakfast visit Hall of Fame, Spituk Monastery and Kali Mata Temple, Magnetic Hill, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib and Confluence of Zanskar - Indus rivers. Return to Leh for lunch (on own). In the evening visit Leh Palace, Donkey Sanctuary and Shanti Stupa for beautiful sunset view. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Leh. LADAKH HALL OF FAME : The Hall of Fame is a glorious museum constructed by the Indian Army. It is worth a visit for every citizen. You can see the memorabilia, eminent defense personalities with biographies, images and weapons used during the Kargil and other key strategic battles fought in Ladakh. And belongings of the enemy soldiers found at war site. All the martyr and the gallantry awards… SPITUK GOMPA: 8 Kms from Leh, it stands prominently on the top of hillock commanding a panoramic view of the Indus Valley for miles. Many icons of Buddha and fine Thankas are to be found in this 15th century Gompa. The Gompa also houses a collection of ancient masks, antique arms, and an awe-inspiring image of Mahakaal. The face of the Kali image is kept covered and is revealed only at the annual function at January every year. MAGNETIC HILL : Defying the Law of gravity. This place is close to the Gurdwara Shri Patthar Sahib. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up-hill that’s the Believe it or not of Ladakh! GURDWARA SHRI PATTHAR SAHIB: The Shrine known as Gurdwara Patthar sahib is situated about 25 kms. Short of Leh town on the Leh-Srinagar road. Built in the everlasting memory of Shri Guru Nanak Deve Ji the great prophet who sanctified the place by his sacred visit during the year 1517 while on his second missionary tour (2nd Udassi 1515-1518). The Guru reached here via Nepal, Sikkim, Tibet Yarkand and Leh after having spiritual discourses with the sidhas at Mount Sumer (Central Himalayas). CONFLENCE OF THE ZANSKAR & INDUS : On way to Sham Valley before Nimu village one can have this magnificent view of two rivers in wed-lock! In seasons they have different colors and flow and wildness. DONKEY SANCTUARY : The sanctuary is situated just off the road leading to Khardungla Pass. The public is encouraged to visit the sanctuary and friendly signs will direct you to the sanctuary from the center of Leh. Once at the sanctuary, the artistic surprise awaiting you is well worth the effort. LEH PALACE : The Palace overlooks Leh town and is modeled on the Potala Palace in Lhasa, Tibet. The palace was built by King Sengge Namgyal in the 17th century, but was later abandoned when Dogra forces took control of Ladakh in the mid-19th century. The royal family moved to Stok Palace. Leh Palace is nine storeys high;The palace, a ruin, is currently being restored by the Archaeological Survey of India. The palace is open to the public and the roof provides panoramic views of Leh and the surrounding areas. The richest collection of jewellery, ornaments, Thangkas, ceremonial dresses, crowns, and centuries-old pieces of jewellery are kept here for public display. SHANTI STUPA (Japanese Peace Pagoda) : Shanti Stupa/Japanese peace pagoda is build by a Japanese religious organization headed by Head monk Nakamura with the help from the organization and local people. It is situated at a hill top in Cahngspa village providing a bird eye view of the Leh town and the surrounding mountain peaks

Excursion to Pangong Lake (280 Kms round trip) Morning after breakfast drive to to Pangong Lake on the Indo China border. Evening back to hotel in Leh for dinner and overnight. THE PANGONG LAKE : Pangong Lake, situated at 14,000 feet (4,267 M). A long narrow basin of inland drainage, hardly six to seven kilometers at its widest point to which foreigners are permitted, is only some seven km along the southern shore from the head of the lake, but it affords spectacular views of the mountains of the Changchenmo range to the north, their reflection shimmering in the ever-changing blues and greens of the lakes brackish water. Above Spangmik are the glacier and snow-capped peaks of the Pangong range.

Excursion to Khardungla Pass (78 Km round trip) After breakfast prepare yourself for the ultimate adventure of your life. We will drive upto the Kardungla Top to have a magnificent view of the surrounding valleys. Return to Leh. In the evening take a stroll to the market for shopping. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Leh. KHARDUNGLA PASS: The road journey to Nubra valley leads through Khardung La pass (The highest Motorable road in the world) 18,390 ft. around 39 Kms. Away from Leh. There are two checkpoints on the both sides of the pass. Khardong is the first village of Nubra valley at higher altitude than Deskit and other villages.

Leh - Nubra Via Khardungla Pass (140 Kms / 5 – 6 hrs) Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley via the World Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardungla pass. Arrive Nubra and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride (On Own). Later if time permits visit Hunder Sand Dunes and Diskit monastery and check in at Deluxe Camp. Evening at leisure. Overnight at the camp. KHARDUNGLA PASS: The road journey to Nubra valley leads through Khardung La pass (The highest Motorable road in the world) 18,390 ft. around 39 Kms. Away from Leh. There are two checkpoints on the both sides of the pass. Khardong is the first village of Nubra valley at higher altitude than Deskit and other villages. DESKIT VILLAGE: Deskit is the main village of headquarter of Nubra valley, which has a small market consisting of a row of shops and about 500 years old Gompa on the hilltop. Spectacular view of the valley can be seen form the monastery. DESKIT GOMPA: Deskit Gompa was founded by Lama Sherab Zangpo of Stod in about 1420 AD during the reign of King Dragspa. About 100 monks are residing in the Gompa, which is a branch of Thikse Monastery. The monastic festival called Gustor takes place on 20th and 21st days of the 12th month of Tibetan calendar. HUNDAR VILLAGE: Hundar is a beautiful village to stay with lot of trees and you will really enjoy your stay at Hundar. It has a small monastery and ruined fort above the village. The walk or Camel Safari (Double Hump bacterian camels) from Hundar to Deskit, through sand dunes for two hours is wonderful (on own).

Nubra - Leh Morning after Breakfast proceed for Leh, once again driving via Khardungla pass the World Highest Motorable road. Evening explore Leh bazaar for souvenir, visit Leh Jokhang or Leh Mosque by foot. Overnight at the hotel. Jokhang: the Ladakh Buddhist Association in 1957 built the small Gonpa opposite to SBI and known as Jokhang in the main bazaar, which is open throughout the day for visitors. The Gonpa contains statue of Joyo Rinpoche (crowned Buddha). LEH MOSQUE: The Jama Masjid of Leh was built in 1666-67 AD under an agreement between Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb and Ladakhi ruler Deldan Namgyal. Initialy, the architecture of the mosque bore Tibetan, Central Asian and Ladakhi style. In recent years it has been reconstructed and given a new look with minarets and domes.

Day-1
Arrival at Leh (3505 meters/11567 feet above sea level) On arrival at Kushok Bakula airport Leh - 3500m above sea level you will be transfer to hotel and check in. Half day at rest for acclimatization. Shanti Stupa, a Buddhist white-domed Stupa on a hilltop in Changspa, It was built in 1991 by Japanese Buddhist Bhikshu, Gyomyo Nakamura and part of the Peace Pagoda mission. The Stupa holds the relics of the Buddha at its base, enshrined by the 14th dalai Lama. It has become a tourist attraction not only due to its religious significance but also due to its location which provides panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel in Leh.

Leh – Alchi – Lamayuru –Kargil (210kms) After breakfast day start drive along the Indus river visiting, whole area is known for local as Sham valley which lower part of ladakh, ruin palace of Basgo was build in 15th Century Ladakhi King , because of important centre for political and cultural back then. Alchi, A 1000 year old and only monastery on flat ground, and Mulbekh Monastery is famous for 9Mtr tall status of Maitreya Buddha then visit Lamayuru, The History of Lamayuru monastery dates back to the 10th Century. Astounding beauty welcomes you to this absolutely mesmerizing spot. Fondly know as Moonland amongst the Local here. The Namika La at 12,200ft and Fotu La at 13,479ft. The Peaks of the passes were no doubt beautiful but the ascent and descents were unbelievably gorgeous too. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel in Kargil.
Day-3
Kargil – Hunderman Broq, Hardass ( Apricot Villages); Drass -Kargil Hunderman is an abandoned Purgi settlement in Kargil, located at the LoC. The settlement is frozen in time ever since the families migrated. Unlock Hundarman- Museum of Memories is a permanent exhibition in this settlement through the narratives of war, arts and crafts, lifestyle and culture. These stories are brought alive with the help of artefacts ranging from old utensils, farming tools, Karachi biscuits, books from Lahore, French coffee, medicines from Germany, war artillery found on site. Drive back to hotel by evening and rest. - After breakfast at the hotel, Visit Hunderman Village Border village at LoC - Drive towards Drass ( War Memorial, Bhimbat ) - Drive for Mushkow valley, in the Lap of Tiger Hill for lunch. - Drive Back to the Hotel at Kargil. - Evening- visit the local Munshi Aziz Bhat Museum.
Day-4
Kargil – Suru Valley 56 Kms After an early breakfast drive to the pristine valley of Suru valley. Suru is a high altitude green oasis with snow capped peaks and the mighty Suru river snaking through its valley. Drive upto the Parkachik glacier at the foothills of the Nun Kun peaks, Ladakh’s two highest mountain peaks. The highlight of this drive is a visit to the third and the tallest of the three Matetriya Buddha statues in the historic village of Kartse Khar. Explore the historic village on foot and walk upto the fort ruins of this erstwhile Ladakhi Chiefdom for a spectacular panorama of the valley. Enjoy packed lunch picnic by the river. Visit the historic village of Kartse Khar to witness the 7th Century Rock cut Maetriya Budhha statue. - Visit Damsna for the Nun Kun, can have Lunch at Damsna. - Return to Kargil by evening and rest at hotel

Aryan Valley (Darchiks, Hordas and Garkon) to Leh After Breakfast Drive to the Aryan Valley. Though we have not much literary evidence about the Brokpapeople settled down at the bank of Indus river in Darchiks, Garkon, Batalik, Hordas, Hanu, and some other villages now in PoK like Ganoks etc. But they have preserved their culture and dialect till date`.Some historians assert that when Alexandar’s army that came to India in 327 B.C. and returned to Greece they left behind some troops in the Gilgit area and so Aryans are also trace their roots in Alexander the Great. Walk through the beautiful lanes of through village; A must visit to the Aryan museum at Garkon, followed by lunch and traditional cultural dance and music. A visit to Hordas Village will give an insight to the traditional architecture and life style. Reach Leh By the evening. Enroute visit the 2nd of the three Maetriya Buddha statues in Apati village or visit The Shashi Lake - (Optional)

Depart from Leh After an early breakfast you will be transfer to airport to board the flight towards your further journey.
